About TDW Patents & Consulting, LLC

My name is Thomas D. Webster, PhD, JD, and I am the founding lawyer at TDW Patents & Consulting, LLC. I am dedicated to helping inventors achieve their dreams. Representing Inventors With Skill And Dignity

When you are represented by me, you can expect the following:

  • Honesty — I believe that the attorney-client relationship is best built with trust. In order for a client to trust me, my legal opinions need to be candid. I never mislead my clients, because I truly want to see their entrepreneurial endeavors succeed.
  • Personal attention — While the legal solutions I provide to each client depends on his or her needs and objectives, I spend time with every client, answering questions and fully explaining all legal options.
  • Experience — With more than 19 years of experience practicing solely in the area of intellectual property law, focusing on patent law and trademarks, I have the skill needed to fully assess each client's legal needs and develop a strategy that meets those needs. In addition, as a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, I keep up-to-date on the latest developments in this evolving area of law.

Instead of the thorn bush, a cypress will come up,
and instead of the brier, a myrtle will come up;
it will make a name for Yahweh
as an everlasting sign that will not be destroyed.
